IMH Conferences is organizing the 6th Congress of Customer Relationship Management in Nicosia, Cyprus. The conference will take place at Hilton Part Hotel on March 17th 2010. The conference's key note will be presented by Mr. Michael Stimson, CRM Lead - Microsoft Business Solutions, Microsoft Central & Eastern Europe Region. Michael is the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, and as such is responsible for growing and driving the CRM business across all the countries. Michael has over 25 years experience of working with large enterprises selling business application, in developing solution selling practices, and was an early player in the CRM marketplace. Michael’s expertise is in positioning and selling solutions to meet the specific business needs of the customer across the enterprise, and communicating the value proposition. He is based in Prague and has been working in Central Eastern Europe for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Microsoft Business Solutions group in July 2006, Michael worked in regional management roles at large organisations like Digital Equipment, Oracle, and Siebel Systems.
