Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Telco Operators.

Dot.Cy, Cirquent Ltd, and Microsoft UK release a custom version of Dynamics CRM for Telco Operators. The current product release will be distributed to Microsoft's global partner community and will be used as a blue-print for implementations of Dynamics CRM in the Telco vertical.

The Virtual PC image containing the product, integrates Dynamics CRM 4.0, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Communications Server, Microsoft's Customer Care Framework (CCF), and CWR's Mobile CRM 4.0. The system ius customized to meet Sales, Marketing, Contact Center, and Mobile needs of Telco operators and provides sample scenarios on how Dynamics CRM can be integrated with Billing, Provisioning and Logistics systems in a Telco environment.

The product serves both as a demonstrator as well as an accelerator for Dynamics CRM implementations in the Telco vertical.
