Dynamics CRM implementation goes live for EFG Hermes.

EFG Hermes, the Arab world's premier Investment Banking firm and the market leader in Securities Brokerage, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity and Research, selected Dot.Cy for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Phase 1 of the project has been successfully delivered. Phase 2 will go live in Q1 2009. The implementation utilizes Galeforce Solutions Inc financial extensions for Dynamics CRM. A case study outlining the implementation as well as the overall benefits of the solution will be released shortly.
