The hospitality industry at its core, is a peoples business - the art of developing and sustaining relationships, through the provision of shelter, comfort, and security.
However, with all the progression over the decades, hotels are unfortunately still lagging behind in terms of technological advancement. They have somehow found themselves caught between ‘dinosaur’ systems, and ‘band-aid solutions’. It’s certainly time for transformation.
Invited as a Key Speaker, Dot.Cy’s Manager of Strategic Business Solutions, clarified the real meaning of
